Annual versus monthly, VAT, shared access, and how Enterprise works.
Annual commitment is available on Plus only — pay 12 months upfront and save 20%. All other plans are monthly by default with no lock-in. We keep it that way deliberately: monthly billing means you can upgrade, downgrade, or change plans as your work evolves.
No. Prices exclude VAT. VAT is applied based on your country of residence per EU rules.
Research results can be shared via link on Plus and above. Workbench projects are private by default — shared access is available only on Team accounts, where you control who can see what. On all other plans, your workbench stays yours. Regulatory research is sensitive work; projects stay private until you deliberately share them.
