Eulex Subprocessor List
Last updated: August 31, 2026
This Subprocessor List describes third parties engaged by Augment d.o.o. (operating as “Eulex”) to process Customer Personal Data in connection with the Services.
1) Core Subprocessors (Always Used)
| Entity | Purpose | Location(s) |
|---|---|---|
| Google Cloud Platform (Google) | Cloud provider for the Services (hosting, storage, compute, networking, logging). Includes Vertex AI for AI-enabled features (LLM inference) where used. | EU (configured EU region endpoints and EU regions for storage/compute). |
| Brevo | Email delivery (transactional/service emails). | EU (per service configuration and vendor terms). |
| Simple Analytics | Privacy-first website analytics for our marketing website (aggregated, cookieless statistics; no cookies and no personal data processed). | EU (data processed within the European Union). |
| Supabase | Authentication and identity management (account sign-in, session tokens) for the Services, including sign-in for the Eulex MCP connector. | Vendor cloud infrastructure (region as configured for the project). |
| Pinecone | Vector database used for semantic search over legal content (processes search queries and query embeddings; the indexed content is public legal text, not Customer Personal Data). | EU (EU region endpoints as configured). |
2) Optional / Feature-Based Subprocessors (Used Only When Applicable)
| Entity | Purpose | Location(s) |
|---|---|---|
| OpenAI | AI provider (LLM inference) where enabled/used in the Services. | Europe (EU endpoint / regional processing as configured). |
| Anthropic | AI provider (LLM inference) where enabled/used in the Services. Primarily accessed via Google Cloud Vertex AI EU endpoints (covered by Google Cloud Platform above); certain features use Anthropic’s API directly. | EU via Vertex AI where available; direct API processing may include locations outside the EEA. |
| Voyage AI | Semantic reranking of search results for national-law search features (processes the search query and candidate text passages when reranking is enabled). | Depends on vendor infrastructure (may include locations outside the EEA). |
| Exa (Exa Search API) | Web retrieval of public web results in Prompt Navigator when web search is enabled. | Depends on vendor infrastructure (may include locations outside the EEA). |
| Tavily | Web retrieval of public web results in Prompt Navigator when web search is enabled. | Depends on vendor infrastructure (may include locations outside the EEA). |
Web Search Controls and Data Minimization (Prompt Navigator)
The Services may automatically determine, based on the user’s prompt, whether web retrieval would be useful.
Before any web search request is sent to a web retrieval provider (Exa or Tavily), the user is presented with a toggle switch in Prompt Navigator and may disable web search.
When the toggle is OFF, no web retrieval requests are sent and Exa/Tavily are not used for that interaction.
When web search is enabled, Eulex sends only an AI-revised and summarized query derived from the prompt. The query is designed to remove personal data prior to transmission (where feasible).
