REGULATION (EU) 2025/13 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL

on the collection and transfer of advance passenger information for the prevention, detection, investigation and prosecution of terrorist offences and serious crime, and amending Regulation (EU) 2019/818
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,
Having regard to Council Decision 2011/72/CFSP of 31 January 2011 concerning restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities in view of the situation in Tunisia (1), and in particular Article 2(1) thereof, in conjunction with Article 31(2) of the Treaty on European Union,
Whereas:
(1) On 31 January 2011, the Council adopted Decision 2011/72/CFSP concerning restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities in view of the situation in Tunisia.
(2) The list of persons subject to the restrictive measures set out in the Annex to that Decision should be amended, and the information relating to certain persons on the list should be updated,
HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
Having regard to Council Decision 2011/72/CFSP of 31 January 2011 concerning restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities in view of the situation in Tunisia (1), and in particular Article 2(1) thereof, in conjunction with Article 31(2) of the Treaty on European Union,
Whereas:
(1) On 31 January 2011, the Council adopted Decision 2011/72/CFSP concerning restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities in view of the situation in Tunisia.
(2) The list of persons subject to the restrictive measures set out in the Annex to that Decision should be amended, and the information relating to certain persons on the list should be updated,
HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
The Annex to Decision 2011/72/CFSP shall be replaced by the text set out in the Annex to this Decision.
This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
